This soy bar consists of a strongly flavoured 40% cocoa. Instead of powdered milk, we use dried soy flour to create this chocolate, which also features unrefined raw cane sugar. We took our time in the conching process so the cocoa butter combines well with all the soy particles.
This chocolate is created, bean to bar, using the finest organic, fair trade South American cocoa.
Purely plant-based milk chocolate is healthy, environmentally friendly and tastes divine. The new vegan chocolate avant-garde shows enormous potential and has come a long way from sacrificing taste or texture.
Our manufactory only uses organic products so of course our soy is organic and GMO-free. Organic isn't just a product label but our entire philosophy.
