Criollo is the best cocoa in the world, famous for its complex aroma, but unfortunately extremely hard to get nowadays. Experience supreme cocoa, whipped with butter to a lightly frothy chocolate mousse and of course covered with a dark Puira chocolate with an intense 82% cocoa content. Pure chocolate power!
Tip: best to be enjoyed at around 25 degrees. Chocolate doesn't taste great chilled, instead it needs a certain temperature, not unlike red wine, to unfold its full aroma.
