A Caribbean chocolate cocktail for all those party pirates out there: a Piña Colada mix made from coconut milk, pineapple chocolate, small bits of pineapple, desiccated coconut and a small dash of lemon, all transformed into a fruity-exotic cream resting on a delicious rum ganache - a combination of milk and dark chocolates enhanced with Bourbon vanilla, with a thin coconut chocolate layer on top, a fine milk chocolate layer at the bottom and covered all over in a white coconut chocolate.
