The French Cognac fills the dark chocolate ganache with a rounded and intense taste. Since the Cognac has a finish of roasted coffee, the coating of this creation consists of coffee chocolate as well. What is more, at Zotter´s coffee is also roasted at the in-house roasting facility and the Arabica coffee beans for the Zotter coffee mixture come from the Mexican and Columbian highlands.
