For the purists: a white chocolate with a very low sugar content. It is composed from 40% milk produced by our organic mountain farms in the Austrian Tyrol region, 40% pure cocoa butter and only 20% raw cane sugar. The ingredient split of a generic white chocolate would be 20% cocoa butter, 14% milk and over 60% sugar. 
A fine white chocolate is all about the flavour experience - the blend of milk, tender-melting cocoa butter, with a very subtle sweetness, it is enhanced with genuine Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. An entirely novel white chocolate with an experimental yet divine flavour.
