Marc de Champagne made by the world’s first champagne producer with a Demeter certificate, in a chocolate ganache made from a mix of dark chocolate and milk chocolate, topped with a fruity redcurrant filling made from berries and redcurrant liqueur, a bit of almond praline and white chocolate and covered with a wafer-thin, crunchy white chocolate layer and a coat of dark, fine flavour chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
