Whisky for tough guys: a chocolate ganache with Styrian Gölles whisky, distilled from regional spelt in 2012 and matured in oak barrels in order to make a strong entrance with elegant notes of grain on the palate. Covered with dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content. Elegant & powerful.
