Apricot Vanilla

Inspired by traditional Austrian apricot dumplings: a fruity, subtly sweet apricot marzipan with lots of small bits of apricot and a strong fruity tanginess accompanied by a tender-melting almond praline, elevated with Bourbon vanilla and finished with some crunchy waffle brittle. Coated in milk chocolate with 40% cacao content.
