Orange Caramel + Coconut

 

A fruit caramel with some delicious crispies – a sunny, fruity mini-break for passionate snackers: a layer of butter caramel enhanced with orange juice and orange oil atop a homemade almond praline elevated with crispy-crunchy caramelised coconut flakes and fruity bits of orange. The entire yummy creation is then dipped in a dark coconut couverture.
