A dreamy pistachio pairing featuring an irresistibly soft pistachio marzipan made from almond marzipan mixed with small, roasted bits of pistachio and infused with some anise and apricot juice. Underneath, a tender-melting almond praline with some almond brittle and lots of chopped pistachios and all dipped in a delicious milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.
