White Nougat with Pistachios & Nuts

White nougat is a genuine delicacy, and its creation requires a lot of skill and know-how. We are of course more than up to the task and carefully mix honey-sweetened whipped egg whites with chopped pistachios and hazelnuts. Alongside, a layer of homemade almond praline and an elegant milk chocolate coat with an extraordinary 60% cacao content.
